Aspiring and energetic management trainees gathered to participate in the well-organized and diverse training program. Building Theoretical Foundations: Cultural Guidance and Strategic Navigation
From July 8 to 14, Vice President Cao Zhongyong (in charge of Human Resources) and general managers from various divisions used vivid stories, rich case studies, and detailed data to deliver an engaging and comprehensive presentation of the company's development history and core products. This allowed each trainee to deeply understand LINUO Glass's corporate culture and core competencies. The new employees also visited the Lenot Group, touring the group's exhibition hall, museum, Hongjitang Traditional Chinese Medicine Cultural Industrial Park, and Lenot's photovoltaic production line. They deeply felt the profound cultural heritage, strong will to persevere, and the spirit of innovation at Lenot Group.
At the stage summary meeting, President Sun Pengfei provided detailed training and guidance to all the trainees, explaining the company's development strategy, outlining its future plans, and encouraging everyone to clarify their career development directions. To genuinely enhance the new employees' patriotism and physical fitness, military training was specially arranged on August 1, Army Day. Under the meticulous guidance of instructors, the new employees braved the scorching sun and heat, fully engaging in rigorous training.
