  • Pressing Production Line: 

    8 furnaces, 25 international advanced production lines( 6 German Imported );

    3 tempering lines( 2 more  in planning ) annual output of 120 million pieces of borosilicate , 5 million pcs Blender Jar ;

  • Blowing Production Line: 35 million pieces of machine blowing products, 1500 tons of  tubing;

  • Row machine Production Line: Annual output of 100 million threaded bottles.

Linuo Glass Phase III: High-End Pharmaceutical Packaging Intelligent Manufacturing Project in Shandong Province

  •   Linuo Glass Phase III Intelligent Manufacturing Project of High-end Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials is a major implementation type project in Shandong Province in 2023 and a key project of green, low-carbon and high-quality development in Shandong Province in 2024. The project has a total investment of 2 billion yuan, covers an area of 425 acres, and builds a science and innovation center covering an area of 125 acres, including research and development center, academician workstation, joint research institute of special glass materials, and talent apartment. The project is based on industrial positioning, focusing on the development of pharmaceutical packaging, the construction of high-end pharmaceutical packaging production base, mainly borosilicate glass molded bottle production line, to further expand the company's borosilicate pharmaceutical glass production and operation scale.

 

  •     Relying on intelligent manufacturing, the project integrates lean production, promotes carbon neutrality and ESG, and through in-depth cooperation with Siemens and other global industrial giants in the field of intelligent manufacturing, and with the help of 5G, AI, big data and other technologies, it develops APS, MES, OMS, EMS, WMS, APC and other digitalized application systems, and makes all-out efforts to construct digital twin factories, and develops new productivity, and aims to become an industry model in the field of intelligent manufacturing of pharmaceutical packaging. We are determined to become an industry model in the field of intelligent manufacturing and are committed to be among the global lighthouse factories.
